Requirements

• Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills - Capable of working with operational, marketing and support personnel to develop solutions that provide impactful results for our employees and clients. Exceptional communication skills are a necessity.
• Vendor Relationship Management - Partner with strategic technology providers to manage and cultivate relationships, to promote efficient and effective integration of technology, govern contractual service level agreements, and to ensure quality and timely delivery of service and support. Able to bridge the communication gap between business and medical professionals, and the technical development team.
• Technical and User Experience (UX) Skills - Capable of distilling the key end user needs to provide quick, impactful solutions while balancing the technical and financial risk inherent in delivering technology solutions. Must understand customer-facing user experiences and underlying software at a deep level, and interface with a design and development team. Enjoy spending time with end users (internal and external) to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions.
• Business Acumen – Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision and drive to make that vision a reality. Responsible for delivering products the user wants, that solve a business need, and generate a profit for the company. Individual recognizes that successful products not only solve the user’s needs, but are also very profitable.
