They said “Normally, we get a partner to complete project X – and then we talk about the next thing. And once that is complete, we talk about the next project. However, XXXXXX is engaged with multiple initiatives all at once – even though nothing has been delivered.” It’s not quite accurate that nothing has been delivered… but the general observation is accurate.

It wasn’t a complaint, just an observation of how successful we have been at penetration.

Statement of obvious: the “honeymoon period” we are in will come to a screeching halt if we hit delivery problems. And, it will impact us all. That is, delivery failure in one area will cause collateral damage outside of that area.

I cannot emphasize to you how important it is that we CONTINUE to deliver well. This note is not a veiled/obtuse complaint about anyone – it is about continuing to be diligent and not get complacent.
