Vision and Strategy Development – Create a compelling vision and strategy for a client. Communicate and inspire people within their responsibility with the vision and strategy.
· Market Development – Understand the components of marketing and develop an effective marketing strategy for the client.
· Business Development – Execute on the company’s sales process by opening & identifying, shaping, expanding and managing senior relationships. Lead proposal efforts and sell the company’s value proposition to client.
· Relationship Management – Establish and manage long-lasting relationships with prospects and clients, dealing with senior level business and technology executives in both sales and delivery contexts.
· Delivery Leadership – Lead project teams to shape, propose and implement the most appropriate solutions for our clients. Monitor progress of active projects and identify any potential risks and implement mitigation steps.
· Operational Leadership – Understand and run the day-to-day functions of the client/BU/account against targets and metrics, including revenue, profitability, legal coordination, and compliance with corporate policy and procedures.
· People Leadership – Manage, develop and motivate account members to achieve team performance and individual growth. Manage the growth of the account from a management, morale and succession planning standpoint.
· Financial Acumen – Understanding of financial statements and the levers within our business.
· Participate in making key investment and operational decisions regarding the operations and structure of the business.
· Manage multiple large, complex engagements/programs to an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope, time, cost and quality
